1. Organizer and Nature of the Contest

The contest is organized by SPCWC - Polish Telegraphy Club (https://spcwc.pl/).

Contest Committee: SP3CW, SQ6MIH, SQ7M.

* The first TTC round will start on June 2, 2026. Until the end of 2026, this period will be used to introduce possible changes to the rules and to improve the platform. We will consider suggestions from participants to make the contest as popular as possible in 2027. News about changes will be posted at https://www.spcwc.pl

3. Date and Time (Full schedule in point 13)

Cycle: Every Tuesday of the month.
Round Duration: 60 minutes.
Hours (UTC):
- Summer Time: 18:30 – 19:29:59 UTC.
- Winter Time: 19:30 – 20:29:59 UTC.

3.1. Division of the Round into Periods

Each Round is divided into 4 Periods of 15 minutes each. In each period, you can make a new, valid contact with the same station on the same band.

4. Bands and Mode

Bands:
- 80m: 3520 – 3555 kHz.
- 40m: 7010 – 7040 kHz.
Mode: exclusively CW.

5. Entry Categories

SO40: 40 meters only, power to the antenna up to 100W.
SO80: 80 meters only, power to the antenna up to 100W.
SOAB: All Bands (40m and 80m), power to the antenna up to 100W.
SO40-QRP: 40 meters, power to the antenna up to 5W.
SO80-QRP: 80 meters, power to the antenna up to 5W.
SOAB-QRP: All Bands (40m and 80m), power to the antenna up to 5W.
SWL: Category for Short Wave Listeners. We invite both amateur radio novices and licensed operators to participate.

6. Call, Reports, and Exchange

Call: TTC TEST.
Exchange: RST report + serial number starting from 001 (example: 599 001).
Numbering: Continuous through the whole round, regardless of the periods or band changes.

7. Scoring and Invalid Contacts

Scoring: Each valid contact (QSO) is worth 1 point. There are no multipliers.
Duplicates: You can contact the same station on the same band again in each new period (according to the division in point 3.1). This means you can make a maximum of 4 contacts with the same station on one band during a Round. Contacts with the same station on different bands (80m and 40m) are allowed without any time limit. In total, during one Round, you can make a maximum of 8 valid QSOs with a single station (4 on 80m and 4 on 40m).

Invalid Contacts (0 points)

Contact with a station that did not send a log.
Time difference between logs > 1 minute.
Error in the callsign or in the received exchange.
Duplicate contact on the same band during the same period.
To be listed in the final results, your log must have at least 10 valid contacts.

8. Disqualification

Breaking the general rules of fair play or intentional violation of these rules. It is forbidden to arrange contacts (skeds) via any channels outside amateur bands before and during the Round.

9. Contest Logs (Examples in point 14)

Format: Cabrillo.
Deadline: 24 hours after the end of the round.
Upload: Via platform at https://spcwc.pl/upload.
Re-uploading a log will overwrite the previous version.
Please include your email in the log using the EMAIL: my@email.pl field, which we can use to contact you to explain any problems.

10. Results

Preliminary Results: Will be posted on the platform within 48 hours after the log deadline.

11. Rankings

Individual Rankings: Weekly, monthly, and yearly for each category.
Club Rankings: Total points of all members representing a club in a round (without division into categories).
Club Codes: Use the correct club code in the CLUB field. List available at: https://spcwc.pl/clubs.
